杨晓梅，博士，副教授，博士研究生导师，中共党员。

工作经历

2025年2月至今，西北农林科技大学水土保持科学与工程学院，副教授；

2017年6月-2025年1月，西北农林科技大学资源环境学院，副教授；

2016年9月至今，荷兰瓦赫宁根大学，博士研究生合作导师；

2016年5月-2018年4月，荷兰瓦赫宁根大学从事博士后研究工作。

教学工作

主要/参与讲授本科生《环境土壤学》、《土壤污染与防治》、《环境科学与工程研究进展》、《水土保持学（全英文）》；研究生《生态环境监测与评估》、《环境化学》（全英文），同时受邀担任荷兰瓦赫根大学国际水土管理专业本科生《Land degradation and remediation》、研究生《Research Approach》课程。

科学研究

研究方向：围绕土壤质量环境安全与可持续发展为主线，致力于农业污染物迁移机理、水-土-植被系统污染物（如农药、微塑料）与土壤健康、以及区域环境污染修复与评价方面的研究工作。

研究项目：主持国家自然科学基金(青年、面上)、陕西省自然基金项目（青年）、陕西省海外人才专项、西北农林科技大学博士科研启动项目、黄土高原土壤侵蚀与旱地农业国家重点实验室基金项目、甘肃省农业科学院重点实验室开放基金等；参与国家重点研发北方中低产田土壤健康与地力提升项目、欧盟农田微塑料源-汇解析与土壤恢复力研究项目、欧盟农田土壤农药及抗生素污染物筛查技术支撑项目、中欧土壤质量体系评估项目、中荷联合主题项目-渭河流域水资源问题综合治理对策研究。

研究成果：近五年发表学术研究论文50余篇 (H-index 42, 引用>10000次)，参编英文专著2部，其中以第一/通讯作者在Environmental International、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Journal of Hydrology、Soil &Tillage Research等环境科学及地学领域权威期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，入选爱思唯尔2023/2024年全球高被引科学家、2024/2025年全球Top2%科学家名单。担任国家自然基金、德国自然基金、爱尔兰自然基金、瑞士自然基金评审专家，并应邀担任多个国际环境科学、农业科学及土壤科学期刊的客座编辑、青年编委及审稿专家。
