何红花，女，汉族，1983年10月生于河北，西北农林科技大学水土保持研究所副研究员，博士，博士研究生导师。

科学研究
主要研究方向为植物的磷获取策略和根际效应、土壤抗生素残留和微塑料污染对养分循环的影响机制。
主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目专题、中科院“西部之光”、陕西省自然科学基金、内蒙古自治区重点研发和成果转化项目课题等多个项目。
以第一和/或通讯作者发表SCI收录期刊论文30余篇，参编英文专著2部。获批国家发明专利一项。
