江聪
基本信息
江聪,男,1985年10月出生于安徽无为,教授,博士生导师。担任中国植物病理学会青年委员会委员,Frontier in Fungal Biology的评审编辑,Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Environmental Microbiology、Molecular Plant Pathology、BMC Genomics、Fungal Genetics and Biology等国际知名期刊的审稿人。

2012年毕业于南京林业大学遗传学专业,获理学博士学位
2012.9进入西北农林科技大学植物保护流动站从事博士后研究
2013.7-2015.9在美国普度大学植物及植物病理系开展访学研究
2015.9入职西北农林科技大学

先后入选中组部“万人计划”青年拔尖人才支持计划、陕西省青年科技新星、陕西省高校科协青年人才托举计划、“仲英青年学者“等。
科学研究
聚焦小麦赤霉病这一重大农作物真菌病害的成灾机理,探索开发可持续控制技术。研究内容包括:病原真菌对宿主植物的识别机制,病原真菌胞内信号通路传导,病原真菌与宿主植物的互作分子机理,病原真菌生长发育及侵染中的表观修饰等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目等国家级及省部级项目10余项。以第一或通讯作者在Nature Microbiology、Nature Communications、PLoS Pathogens、PLoS Genetics等权威期刊发表论文20余篇。以第一完成人申请发明专利2项,授权发明专利1项。
