基本信息
周杰,男,中共党员,博士,推广副研究员,硕士生导师。2019年6月毕业于安徽农业大学茶学专业,获农学博士学位,2019年7月进入西北农林科技大学园艺学院茶学系从事科研推广工作。现为陕西省茶产业技术体系岗位专家、国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县科技特派团员。
