科学研究
主要从事食品分子毒理与营养研究,包括食品安全危害因子在实验动物、人细胞水平对细胞凋亡、线粒体功能、蛋白组学、基因表达谱、细胞信号转导、氧化胁迫等方面的影响;食品营养因子对食品安全危害物损伤机体的营养干预研究;采用基因沉默及过表达手段挖掘关键蛋白分子在食品危害因子、食品营养因子作用过程中的调控作用研究。
