孙立军,山东烟台人,1987年12月生,澳大利亚昆士兰大学营养与食品科学博士,副教授,博士研究生导师。入选“南太湖精英计划”领军创业人才。担任Frontiers in Nutrition (IF="6.576)客座编辑和Applied Science (IF="2.679)专题编辑。
