靳国杰
一、
基本信息
靳国杰，男，1983年5月生，河北武安人，博士，硕士生导师，副教授。2007年7月于河北工业大学化工学院生物工程专业获得工学学士学位，2014年1月于中科院大连化学物理研究所生物技术部获得工学博士学位，同年受聘于西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院葡萄酒学研究室，现从事葡萄酒生物技术研究。
二、开设课程
开设的本科生课程有《葡萄工艺学》、《葡萄酒工艺学实验》、《葡萄酒微生物学》等，研究生课程有《葡萄与葡萄酒学研究进展》、《高级葡萄酒微生物学》等。
三、科学研究
主持科研项目12项目，教改项目1项，精品课程1项。指导大学生创新创业训练计划国家级项目2项、省级项目2项、校级重点项目1项。发表论文25篇。其中，在Nature Communications、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Bioresource Technology等国际著名SCI期刊上发表论文19篇，ESI高被引论文1篇，中科院大类一区论文11篇，教改论文1篇，获授权的国家发明专利2件。
