孟江飞,男,1986年4月生,河北张家口人,博士(后),副教授,博士研究生导师。现任葡萄酒学院葡萄学教研室主任兼葡萄学党支部书记。中国园艺学会青年分会理事。2020年度陕西省青年科技新星,2012年度教育部博士研究生学术新人奖获得者。陕西省高等学校优秀共产党员。Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry,Australian Journal of Grape and Wine Research,Journal of Food Science,Journal of Pineal Research,Horticultural Plant Journal,Plant Physiology and Biochemistry等多个期刊通讯评审专家。

二、学习与工作经历

2004年9月-2008年6月,西南民族大学,食品科学与工程,本科;

2008年9月-2011年6月,西北农林科技大学,发酵工程,硕士;

2011年9月-2015年6月,西北农林科技大学,葡萄与葡萄酒学,博士;

2015年6月-2017年12月,西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院,讲师;

2017年11月-2021年5月,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程博士后流动站,博士后;

2018年1月-至今,西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院,副教授;

三、科学研究

1. 研究领域

研究方向为葡萄果实品质生物学,主要从栽培生理、分子与遗传角度解析葡萄果实中糖、酸、花色苷等重要品质成分的形成与调控机制,选育优质抗逆葡萄新品种,研发适于大陆性季风气候条件下的优质葡萄生产技术。主要研究内容包括:1)逆境(温度、光照、养分等)对酿酒葡萄果实品质形成调控的生理与分子机制及遗传改良;2)葡萄果实采后衰老与调控。
