李晓
1.基本信息
李晓,河北省辛集人,博士,副教授,博士生导师。2001-2005年本科就读于南京农业大学动物医学院,2005-2011年硕博连读,毕业于南京农业大学农业部动物生理生化重点开放实验室。2009年1月至2011年1月先后在美国弗吉尼亚理工大学、美国康奈尔大学进行合作科研,2017年11月至2018年11月在美国华盛顿州立大学进行交流访问。2012年1月至今,任教于西北农林科技大学动物科技学院。
中国畜牧兽医学会动物生理学分会会员、动物遗传育种学分会会员,在Frontiers开设Marbling fat in livestock专题,为Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology/ Molecular Biosciences/ Genetics/ Veterinary Sciences等杂志组稿。
2.研究方向
优良猪肉品质形成的生理学和遗传学基础;新型猪生长调节剂的研发和推广;细胞培养肉流程的设计和优化;特色品种遗传多样性调查。
3.开设课程
开展动物细胞生物学的教学与科研工作,参与细胞生物学精品课程和双语课程的建设。
