于海波,男,1987年4月生,内蒙古通辽人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师;2017年入选陕西省“中青年科技创新领军人才计划”;2018年入选西北农林科技大学“青年英才培育计划”;兼任中国水产学会鲑鱼类专业委员会委员。
